Innovating our way out of a crisis

The Congregate Solutions Accelerator breaks down barriers to innovation in the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors.

Congregate is a 12-week challenge-based solution accelerator program powered by the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) and Moonbeam Exchange. We are bringing industry experts from the TPATH sectors together with public health experts to support companies with capabilities to help reopen these sectors quickly and safely.
The COVID-19 pandemic had a devastating impact on the Pacific Northwest’s TPATH industries. Congregate is designed to accelerate technological solutions that will enable the safe reopening and resilience of these industries.
Congregate seeks to convene industry, government, academia and innovators to solve challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Congregate community consists of mentors, advisors and sponsors from diverse backgrounds including industry regulators, health experts, affected hospitality and tourism companies and startup experts. Applicants will have an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders from business and government leaders to regulators to design relevant and scalable solutions.

Applicants

Congregate is currently accepting applications for cohort two, to take place in the Spring of 2022. Applicants will be vetted for projects with industry partners in the travel and tourism sector like the Seattle Seahawks and the Alaska Native Heritage Museum .
